The Mehfil Kurti – Raat is a reversible statement piece that takes you effortlessly from festive dressing to Indo-Western and formal looks. One side features a deep blue starry floral brocade, inspired by a starry night sky — hence Raat. The other side is crafted in elegant purple Nysa Silk, giving you a completely different, understated look.
With a criss-cross back and clever drawstring construction, the kurti can be worn at its original length or transformed into two different crop-top silhouettes. And because both silhouettes can be worn on either side, you get six distinct ways to style one piece.

How It Transforms
The Mehfil Kurti uses hidden construction and drawstrings to transform into two different crop-top styles.
Cowl-Neck Crop Top:
Gather the bottom of the kurti from the back using the drawstrings, leaving the front untouched. Bring the bottom sections of both the front and back upwards towards the neckline and tie the drawstrings together. The front fabric falls naturally into a soft cowl-neck drape.
Gathered Crop Top:
Gather the bottom of the kurti at both the front and back using the drawstrings on either side. Bring the gathered sections upwards towards the shoulders and tie the drawstrings together around the shoulders to secure the crop-top silhouette.
An added surprise: when you create either crop-top style, the opposite print naturally comes through to the outside. The transformation essentially turns the kurti inside out, revealing a completely different side of the garment.
To return to the kurti, simply untie the drawstrings and release the gathered sections.
Complete the Look
The Mehfil Kurti – Raat is designed to pair with the Mehfil Jacket, a reversible cropped jacket featuring a delicate beaded lace trim and a front tie-up bow.
