Shipping policy
A) Delivery charges:
- Shipping is free for all orders.
- For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹100 as handling charges (non-refundable).

B) Shipping details:
We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 1-2 working days to ship out the order. For customised orders, delivery time will be longer and will depend from order to order. We will keep you updated regarding the same.
The delivery timeline for orders from the date of purchase to delivery takes between 3 - 4 working days for domestic orders. For customised orders, delivery time may be longer and will depend from order to order. We will keep you updated regarding the same.
C) Tracking Order:
- You can track your order once it has been shipped.
- The tracking details will be shared with you over WhatsApp on your registered contact number.

D) What are the charges?
For international orders, please note:
For international shipping, we charge as per actuals quoted by the shipping partner. In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. In case of any queries, please email or whatsapp us. We do not accommodate return/exchanges in case of international orders.
