How It Transforms
The skirt has drawstrings hidden inside the waistband on one side.
· From Mermaid to Side-Gathered: Pull both drawstrings upwards until the skirt begins to gather. The gathers will run through the flared portion while the bottom stays straight, creating the distinctive Indo-Western silhouette. Tie the drawstrings securely once you've achieved your desired amount of gathering.
· Front-Gathered: Simply shift the skirt around your waist so the gathered section moves from the side to the front.
· Back to Mermaid: Untie the knot and pull the skirt back down to release the gathers and return it to its original mermaid silhouette.
