How It Transforms
The drawstrings double up as the shoulder straps in the full-length midi style.
To create the gathered short style:
1. Pull the drawstrings upward from both the front and back, bringing them together inside the armhole.
2. Continue pulling until the dress lifts and begins to gather along the side of your body.
3. Once you reach your desired length, tie the drawstrings securely at the shoulder to hold the dress in place.
4. Adjust the gathers around your torso and hips for your preferred look.
5. Pull up the drawstrings on the other side as well to create symmetrical gathers.
6. To return to the midi, simply release the knots and let the dress fall back to its original length.
