Belt Dress — Off-Shoulder — A whimsical, cottagecore-inspired dress with gathered sides and an off-shoulder neckline, cinched at the waist with a belt.

Belt Dress — High Neck — The same playful gathered silhouette with a higher neckline for a more covered-up, structured look.

Fitted Kaftan — Off-Shoulder — A fitted front flowing into a dramatic, cape-like back for an effortless, dreamy silhouette.

How It Transforms

As a Skirt
The drawstrings with the latkans sit slightly towards the front of the waistband rather than at the very sides. Pull both drawstrings outwards to tighten the waistband, then tie them securely on either side.

To Create the Dress
Just below the drawstrings, you'll find a concealed zip.

1.     Open the concealed zips and bring the skirt up towards your shoulders.

2.     Put your arms through the openings to create either the off-shoulder or high-neck neckline.

3.     Pull the drawstrings to tighten the fabric comfortably around your shoulders or neck and tie them securely.

4.     For the belt dress, add a thick belt around your waist. The sides will naturally gather up, creating a whimsical, voluminous silhouette.

To Create the Fitted Kaftan
Inside the skirt, just below the concealed zips, you'll find another set of strings.

1.     Pull these strings around to the back.

2.     Tie them together on the inside at your back.

3.     This creates a more fitted shape at the front while allowing the remaining fabric to flow dramatically behind you like a cape.
